Anyone Ever Had a Facial?
I highly recommend having at least one.
A friend who ran an Esthetics Salon gave me one a while back and it was THE most soothing and relaxing time e-ver! To top it off, my husband gave me the gift certificate for it!Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

Re: Anyone Ever Had a Facial?
I had one once and enjoyed it but I really love getting a massage. If I had to pick one over the other it would be a massage.

Re: Anyone Ever Had a Facial?
I was already chuckling at the topic title, but when I read the gift certificate part I just soiled myself

OMG, for once my mind wasn't in the gutter and I still stuck my foot in it. Luba, we need to rethink how we name topics!!

Re: Anyone Ever Had a Facial?
I STILL don't see anything wrong with the title, pure innocence.
From the Free Dictionary:
facial- care for the face that usually involves cleansing and massage and the application of cosmetic creamsToo often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

Re: Anyone Ever Had a Facial?
Luba you get my vote for funniest thread opener of this year (especially for the gift certificate). I was so tempted to reply last night, glad to see I am not the only one with my mind in the gutter, though I don't have the excuse of being male

Re: Anyone Ever Had a Facial?
I am so glad such an innocuous topic has become such joyous fodder. I don't think I will ever get another facial again!!! I will keep thinking of this thread and wondering what exactly is going on my face!!

Re: Anyone Ever Had a Facial?
Oh man, it took me awhile to figure out what you guys were talking about. That's really bad for me. Then I thought, it wasn't like Luba asked if anyone had ever gotten a Pearl Necklace for Christmas.
Yeah sorry. Had to make it worse.
