Anyone taking in any or lots of events?

The only thing I know from the Nightly News is who won what medal for our country.

Not following it at all. It is simply overkill.

It's too much for me to take in. I'm enjoying the leisurely pace of watching Golf tournaments.

I mean there are just about 4000 medals to distribute or so. Way over the top.

    I didn't realize that.

I believe the Olympics are half way through now.

There are so many events. 26 different groups of events. There are many distances for swimming, times 4 disciplines, times 2 for gender, ... it is just too much.

I wonder if there are people who watch as much as they can and go without sleep?

They must exist. I am sure the economy of Australia / US is taking a bit of a hit.
