The 100-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out

the Window and Disappeared" by Jonas Jonasson (a birthday gift from a great friend) is one of THE funniest books I've read in a long time and I recommend it highly. I SO enjoyed it that I used the Gift Card my beloved husband gave to me to get "The Girl Who Saved the King of Sweden" by the same author. I'll start rereading it as I had to leave it alone for a couple of weeks while visiting with family.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

True love is wanting to give to another person without any thought about
who’s getting the better of the deal.

Love always creates, it never destroys. In this lie's man's only promise

It's a Great book, I laughed SO much!

I've also finished reading "The Girl Who Saved The King of Sweden" by the same author. I wish books like these would just never end...
