Aging With Dignity or Fear?
I would like to pose the question to anyone and your thoughts on aging? Like taxes, aging is one thing none of us can get away from.
I will be posting a video about a 94-year-old gentleman who has a positive idea about aging gracefully. Even though I am aging as we all are, I totally am in harmony of the way this gentleman shares his story.
If anyone reading this has a difficult time with it, please post it here so it can be discussed and different points of view shared in a kind, caring, and loving way.Last edited by Luba; 02-27-2016 at 11:54 AM.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

Re: Aging With Dignity or Fear?
Good topic Luba.
I personally have no issues with ageing as I do not feel as if I am (despite the body groaning a few times under pressure).
It is, however, distressing to see how disrespectful society generally is with those who are in the last quarter of their time. I wish they could see that what they do now will be reflected onto them when their time comes.

I think the same way, Rosie!
I found this article about cultures that do celebrate aging and respect their elders.
