I'm glad I found this today as I have this way of listening to my gut and what it tells me to do or not do. It's been rather difficult to keep positive with the difficult situation happening in our family, but I need to get back to positivity as much as possible for my own health.

The one I like best for today is the last suggestion which is to simply smile. I have been doing that when times are really tough, and I find a simple smile somehow has a great effect even if it's for a short time. One can always smile even when looking in a mirror or just thinking about it.
