    In order of importance

    1) A great father and loving husband
    2) Great friends
    3) A good job
    4) Inner peace with who I am
    5) A decent house and some money

Oh dude this is a tuffy!

I would say most importantly I want my wife (future wife) to be happy in life. That is number one.

Number two I want to help my parents start enjoying life because I dont think they (like many others) have been dealt a fair share in life.

Thirdly, I want to be financialy secure, I do not have to be wealthy, but if I did not have to ever worry about money again I would be in good shape.

    I'll think about the rest.

I think priorities change as you get older and due to the time limit before your GOLDEN YEARS...you have to adjust to a realistic vision. HAHA!

    1. Ample finances. (AMPLE? Bwahahahaha.... I want to be RICH I tell ya....RICH!

    2. For my children to fulfill their dreams.

    3. Health for my parents.

    4. Maybe love or something similar.

    5. And a HUMMER!

I'm not going to touch the Hummer part, lol.

I like this topic though, it's thought provoking isn't it?

    HUMMERS are COOL!

Another aspect would be how you feel about the things which were on your original list, lets say 5-10 years ago, which are obviously not going to pan out.

Were they not meant to be....or did you just make a stupid list?

The funny thing is, I don't think my list ever really changed much from the time I was a kid. The circumstances may be a bit different due to where I am in life but I think the priorities have pretty much remained the same oddly enough.

Well....my list has remained pretty much the same.....but the order of priorities have changed. Love used to be number one. Now, money seems the better focus.

Easy for YOU to say. This list isn't going to cost YOU $50,000! HAHAHA!

Good thing Isis knows her Mom's sense of humor.

I think it's a great list too. It's probably a good idea to write your list down and refer to it each day. Then as decisions of the day come your way....you can make them towards accomplishing your list.

I think it's also okay to change or add to your list at anytime.

What are you looking for out of life?

    (1) Inner peace
    (2) A healthy Retirement with my Husband
    (a) visit my long-distance family (sons, SO, and granddaughters)
whether they like it or not - I've been told I'm very "low
maintenance" we hope that holds with the onset of "Dementia"
    (b) exercise consistently - more time for longer walks
    (c) learn to play the guitar - already have DVD "Learn to Play
Guitar for Dummies" as well as was given a great guitar by a
    dear friend
    (d) read Shakespeare and the Classics
    (e) Learn Spanish and renew my "Mother tongue"
    (f) make time to daydream
    (g) oil paint, and learn cartooning
    (h) spend LOTS OF TIME on "LifeSupportERS" not life support
SO I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO LIVE UNTIL I'M AT LEAST A 100!!!
    (3) Some cash - I'm not materialistic except for TV sets, DVD & CD player, new Computer (where I have tons to learn according to my Sons who haven't disowned me yet or given me up for Adoption - I think they're waiting for full-blown Dementia so they could put me in a Home
