Duke, remember this?
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
True love is wanting to give to another person without any thought about
who’s getting the better of the deal.
Love always creates, it never destroys. In this lie's man's only promise

Re: 1000 mark
I was very lonely here yesterday between 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. and decided to go through some old posts. Then I became somewhat melancholy because of the so few posts lately. Are we hitting somewhat of a dry spell, or is it just me thinking that way?

Perhaps a bit of a dry spell, because of the people coming and going. But that is part and parcel of forums.

Re: 1000 mark
I have just not been in the posting mood the last couple days. Sorry Luba.

Re: 1000 mark
Probably one of the reasons I am not posting as much is I don't see as many posts when I do get on. I am not a post starter usually and I don't usually go back in the archives too much. So you didn't upset me with your melancholy. I understand it perfectly.
