    I will add one. Go work out with a Taekwondo Master for 4 hours. That will burn some calories. I ache all over from the workout I did today.

    a girl i work with (and ride to work with) asked me if i wanted to join a gym with her next month. i jumped at the chance. I always wanted to do that but never did because nobody i knew wanted to buddy up with me. now i have a buddy and i'm going to start working out. I am so out of shape it isn't even funny but, i have been walking a lot all summer since we don't have a car on the road yet. I walk every morning about 5 to 10 minutes to meet my ride for work. feels good!

    I was going to do some 'crunches' in bed this morning, but forgot...now I guess I'll just be crunching with my teeth as soon as breakfast is ready

    I dreamt last night that I had great abs; no kidding! Then I woke up to the same ole flab

    Now I'm blaming my Russian heritage for the problem....
