Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

Now that I've bumped up every aspect of Hallowe'en, I think I will move on towards supper.

Looking forward to hear responses for more conversation.

Your post made me think of what my niece and her husband do as she is an awesome entertainer and makes everyone feel good. Even though they have a huge round table there are usually more guests there than there are chairs to sit everyone around it. They set up a buffet style in their kitchen, loads of salads in the middle of the big table, people fill up their plates with what they need and go on couches, chairs, the floor or wherever there is room. What charming fact I took from all this is that their place is always SO inviting, warm, laid-back and easy that people don't seem to care where they sit, and everyone is relaxed and happy, too! I marvel at the way my niece and her husband are able to do that, I've never witnessed it in such a way before.

The stupidity of some people. At times it seems like the Flintstones is highly futuristic in terms of how relationships are depicted, compared to how they are in Kenya.

I'm thinking it's time to drink the rest of my tea and move on to saying bye for now.
